Develop, implement, and maintain AI-driven automation solutions for IT operations, including cloud infrastructure provisioning, decommissioning, and maintenance.
Design and integrate end-to-end automation using scripting (Python, PowerShell, Java, Bash), orchestration tools (Ansible, Terraform, Puppet), APIs, and front-end technologies for cloud infrastructure management (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Lead automation in ticketing systems and application-level monitoring (CAM team), including AI/ML model development for AIOps, Generative AI, Conversational AI, and root cause analysis.
Total experience of minimum 7+ years in IT field with at least 5+ years hands-on scripting/programming (Python, Java, Bash).
Minimum 5+ years developing automation solutions using orchestration tools (Ansible, Puppet, Terraform, Chef) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
At least 4+ years hands-on experience in automated cloud provisioning and management on Azure, AWS or GCP.
Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and experience in designing/implementing AIOps solutions in large-scale environments.
Experienced automation engineer with deep expertise in AI/ML-driven IT operations optimization and cloud infrastructure automation.
Demonstrated ability to independently develop full stack automation solutions including front-end, back-end, API integrations, and orchestration tool management across multi-cloud environments.
Strong exposure to observability tools (Dynatrace, New Relic), ITSM tools (ServiceNow), and ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders for solution implementation.
