Experience in insurance claims or legal functions is strongly preferred but not strictly mandatory.
Experienced in managing complex, compliance-heavy products with multiple cross-functional dependencies.
Demonstrated expertise in backlog prioritization, dependency management, and execution in Agile settings.
Capable of engaging diverse stakeholders including compliance and data analytics teams, ensuring accountability and outcome-driven delivery.
