Lead Fiddler's OpenTelemetry (OTel) and OTLP strategy, contributing to instrumentation libraries, collectors, exporters, sampling, and engage with the OpenTelemetry/OpenInference ecosystem to strengthen integrations.

Proficiency in Python and experience with high-throughput ingestion systems using Kafka, Postgres, and Redis.
Experienced in building developer-facing SDKs or client libraries with strong API design skills to integrate complex third-party systems.
Strong background in distributed systems architecture, troubleshooting production issues, and building scalable data infrastructure for enterprise use cases.
Proven technical leadership with ability to break down complex problems, deliver projects, mentor engineers, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams.
