Experience in greenfield/brownfield facility development projects, equipment installation, commissioning, and production activities.
Proficiency in planning and scheduling tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or Planview.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with minimum 5 years experience, or Master’s degree with minimum 3 years experience.
Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is preferred but not mandatory.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate large-scale manufacturing greenfield projects with strong stakeholder management.
Experienced in detailed program scheduling and integrated planning across cross-functional teams.
Analytical and data-driven in decision support, with capability to communicate progress and risks effectively to leadership.
