Awareness of HIPAA, PHI handling, and US healthcare compliance is mandatory.
Experienced in supporting mission-critical SaaS healthcare applications requiring high reliability and incident management during US Pacific hours.
Capable of independent technical investigation and implementation of root cause fixes, progressing towards ownership of high-severity production issues.
Experienced working in a mentoring environment with senior engineers on complex production problems and incident postmortems.
