Enable sales and systems engineering teams for Operational Technology (OT) and Critical Infrastructure (CI) customers to validate and deploy secure Reference Architectures (RA).
Lead technical support and guidance on OT security solutions during pre-sales and post-sales phases, including compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
Develop, test, document, and update Reference Architectures and Fortinet product integrations tailored to OT and CI client environments.
Minimum 12 years of experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer.
4-5 years of hands-on and technical operations experience in OT/ICS/SCADA environments including PLCs, RTUs, HMIs, and related devices.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of key industrial security policies and standards (IEC 62443, NIST CSF, CIS Top 20, ISO 27XXX, NERC-CIP) and familiarity with common industrial protocols (EthernetIP, Modbus, DNP3, IEC 104, OPC).
Experienced in working with industrial clients across sectors such as Power, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Transportation & Logistics, or Smart Buildings.
Strong technical expertise in OT network security, routing, switching, VPN, and encryption/authentication protocols aligned with the Purdue model.
Capable of independently leading technical engagements, creating and updating technical documentation and Reference Architectures for complex OT environments.
