Tier-1 brand and metro location increase competition, but specialized telco CNIS skills moderate density.
Telco-focused CNIS, CNF onboarding, and Ericsson-specific tools require specialized telecom experience.
Explicit 4–12 years plus mandatory Kubernetes, CNF, storage and Ericsson-specific tool experience enforces strict filtering.

Design, deploy, administer, and manage lifecycle of Ericsson’s CNIS-based cloud-native infrastructure for telecom workloads.
Operate and manage Kubernetes platforms including cluster setup with Rancher (RKE2), CEE, or kubeadm and configure CNI/CSI plugins for 5G core network CNFs.
Manage storage (Rook/Ceph), networking (Juniper/Extreme switches, BGP, VLAN/VXLAN), monitoring (Prometheus, EFK/ELK), and troubleshoot CNF operations including RCA documentation.
4–12 years of experience in cloud-native infrastructure or telecom platforms.
Strong hands-on Kubernetes expertise; CKA/CNCF certifications preferred.
Experience with CNIs (Multus, Calico, SR-IOV), Rook/Ceph storage, Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu), networking (L2/L3, BGP, VLAN, IPAM, Juniper/Extreme switches).
Familiarity with Ericsson CNIS framework is strongly preferred; must have experience with Ericsson tools like ENM, CENX, EO-EVNFM, OMC, and ESM.
Experienced engineer capable of managing complex cloud-native telecom infrastructure including Kubernetes cluster lifecycle and CNF operations.
Strong networking and storage domain expertise specifically related to telco-grade environments using SDI hardware and advanced networking protocols.
Candidate with established experience working in Ericsson’s CNIS ecosystem and associated tools, able to deliver high availability, resilience, and performance tuning for 5G core network workloads.
