Lead end-to-end project management and system/process migrations with ownership of scope, stakeholders, risks, timelines, and budgets.
Drive continuous improvement using operational data, KPIs, NPS/client feedback, RCA, and FMEA to identify bottlenecks, prioritize initiatives, and implement process re-engineering.
Provide high-quality executive operational support including calendar and meeting management, preparation of materials, minute taking, and action tracking for senior leaders.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or related field.
8+ years of relevant experience including process design, continuous improvement, and project management.
Experience preferred in non-life insurance, broking, or reinsurance environments.
Must be able to work hybrid in Mumbai office at least 3 days a week.
Experienced managing cross-functional projects and transitions involving complex operational data sets and multiple stakeholders.
Proficient in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and project management tools with strong analytical capabilities to translate KPIs and metrics into actionable improvements.
Able to support senior leadership with executive-level administrative tasks and skilled in workshop facilitation and training on continuous improvement methodologies.
