Plan and execute testing based on business requirements and functional specifications to ensure high-quality delivery of EMS and SCADA systems.
Design and develop functional and non-functional test cases, manage test scripts, and report testing progress using test management tools.
Identify and investigate issues during testing, collaborate with developers for resolution, and take responsibility for full product life cycle development using agile methodologies.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in quality assurance or relevant engineering role.
Experience with Energy Management Systems (EMS) and SCADA including understanding of State Estimator, Short Circuit Analysis, Security Constrained Dispatch, Security Analysis, Network Modeling, and Congestion Forecast.
Authorization to work in India is mandatory.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex QA assignments within power system engineering and energy utilities domain.
Experience in using test management tools such as Zephyr Scale (Jira) or Azure DevOps and knowledge of automated testing frameworks and programming (C#, Java) is advantageous.
Comfortable working in agile development environments and capable of mentoring others in software testing methodologies and quality assurance best practices.
