Manage end-to-end business process transitions from existing locations to offshore/nearshore or provider sites, ensuring delivery on schedule, budget, and scope.
Coordinate all stakeholders, build and execute detailed transition plans, monitor risks, progress, and escalate issues to resolution.
Own communication and relationships with regional countries and ensure seamless transfer of business processes including SLAs with shared service centers.
Minimum 5 years of experience in transition project management within complex projects.
Academic degree or equivalent experience in relevant field.
Project Management certification preferred but not mandatory.
Experience with business processes in BPO or Shared Service Center environments is required.
Proven ability to independently manage multiple concurrent projects in ambiguous, dynamic environments with structured, goal-oriented work style.
Experience applying service transition methodologies, tools, and process improvement in a global or cross-cultural context.
Strong communication skills and capacity to build and maintain relationships across multiple stakeholders and regions.
