Own end-to-end support and troubleshooting of complex, multi-vendor network and security infrastructure including Cisco ACI, SD-WAN, firewalls, proxies, and IDS/IPS.

Bachelor of Engineering in IT, Electronics & Communication, or Computer Science discipline.
Expert-level hands-on skills in network troubleshooting, TCP/IP packet capture, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), L2/L3 technologies, Cisco routing and switching, and firewall management.
Experience working in a NOC environment with ITSM/ticketing tools; capability to independently manage network security infrastructure and handle P1 incidents and escalations.
Proven expertise in managing multi-vendor enterprise network environments including Cisco ACI, Nexus, Catalyst, SD-WAN (Fortinet), and security platforms (Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet).
Comfortable with high ownership in incident management including emergency changes and handling escalations in a fast-paced NOC setup.
Skilled in designing and maintaining complex network architecture with strong knowledge of enterprise network operations and data center networks.
